Serving Central Florida since 2024
Home inspections that leave you certain.
Glory Inspections L.L.C. serves Orlando, Kissimmee, Sanford and the rest of Central Florida. Every inspection is performed by one of our two licensed inspectors — never a subcontractor — documented in a photo-illustrated report delivered the same day, and followed by a direct line to the inspector who walked your roof.
- Same-day digital report
- Licensed & insured
- Never subcontracted
The people behind the report
Two inspectors. One phone number.
Elijah Stefanici
Owner & Lead Inspector
Dante Stefanici
Inspector
Glory Inspections L.L.C. is Elijah and Dante Stefanici. No dispatcher, no subcontractors, no rotating roster. The person who answers your call is the person who inspects your home, and the person who answers when you call back.
It’s a family business and a faith-based one. Mostly that shows up as patience — we’d rather lose an afternoon explaining something properly than email you a PDF and vanish.
Read our storyHow we can help
A sharper look at your next move.
Whether it’s a 1920s bungalow in College Park or a house finished last month, the standard is the same: examine it thoroughly, then explain what we found in terms you can act on.
The deliverable
See a real report before you book one.
The report is what you’re paying for. Ours opens on your phone, leads with what needs attention, photographs every finding, and explains each one in language you can forward straight to a contractor.
- Summary first — urgent items separated from the merely worth watching
- A photograph of every finding, with its location in the house
- Shareable with your agent through a single link
- Delivered the same day, usually within a few hours
What we do, in one paragraph
Glory Inspections L.L.C. is a licensed, family-owned home inspection company based in St. Cloud, Florida, serving Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, and Polk counties. We perform full home inspections, Florida 4-point and wind mitigation inspections, new construction phase inspections, pre-listing inspections for sellers, and commercial property inspections. A standard home inspection takes two to three hours and the photo-illustrated digital report is delivered the same day. Call 407-744-2307 or request a quote online.
The process
Four steps, no mystery.
- 01
Tell us about the property
Address, square footage, and your deadline. You get a firm figure back — not a range, and not a number that changes once we arrive.
- 02
We inspect, and you’re welcome to come
Two to three hours on site: roof, attic, panel, plumbing, HVAC, every room. Join us for the final half hour if you can and we’ll walk the findings with you.
- 03
The report lands the same day
Photographs, organized by system, with items that need attention before closing separated from those worth monitoring. One link shares it with your agent.
- 04
Then call us with questions
A week later a contractor quote arrives and you want a second opinion. Call us — you’ll reach the inspector who was on your roof, not a call center.
The Glory standard
“Know before you own” isn’t a tagline. It’s how we show up.
Three commitments we don’t bend on, because they’re the entire reason somebody hires an inspector in the first place.
Reports you can actually use
Plain language and real photos, with a summary that tells you what matters. If we wouldn’t say it out loud to a friend, we don’t write it that way either.
We work for you, never around you
We have no referral deals with your agent, your lender, or the seller. We work for whoever hired us, which means we’ll tell you the inconvenient thing when it’s true.
The phone still works after
Most questions surface a few days later, once you’ve read the report properly. Call and you’ll reach Elijah or Dante — the owners, and the people who inspected your home.
Where we work
22 Central Florida communities, five counties.
We know what a 1974 Casselberry panel looks like, and what a fresh Horizon West lot does after the first hard rain. That kind of thing changes where we spend our time on site.
Osceola County
Lake County
Polk County
Not on the list? Ask us anyway — the answer is usually yes.
Common questions
A little less wondering.
The questions we’re asked most, answered the way we’d answer them on the phone.
All questions & answers What does a home inspection include?
A Glory Inspections L.L.C. home inspection covers every major visible and readily accessible system: structure and foundation, roof and attic, exterior and site drainage, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation and ventilation, and the interior including installed appliances. We report what we observed, what it means for the house, and what we would do about it — organized so you can tell the urgent from the merely worth watching.
How long does a home inspection take?
Most residential inspections take two to three hours, depending on the size, age, and condition of the home. Larger or older properties take longer, and we would rather run over than rush. You’re welcome to join us for the final walk-through, which is usually the most useful thirty minutes of the whole process.
Should I attend my inspection?
If you can, yes. Seeing the house with your inspector turns a document into a conversation, and you’ll remember what you were shown far better than what you read later. If your schedule doesn’t allow it, we’ll call you and walk through the findings so nothing in the report arrives as a surprise.
Do I need to prepare anything before the inspection?
Make sure we can get in, and that we can reach the attic access, the electrical panel, the water heater, and the air handler. If those are behind stored boxes we may not be able to inspect them, and an area we can’t reach becomes a limitation in your report. Utilities need to be on — we can’t evaluate a system that has no power or water.
When will I receive my report?
You receive a detailed digital report the same day as the inspection, usually within a few hours of finishing. It’s organized by system, illustrated with photos of every issue we found, written in plain language, and shareable with your agent through a single link.
What does the report actually look like?
It opens on your phone or your laptop, is organized by system, and puts a summary up front that separates items needing attention before closing from items worth watching over the coming years. Every finding has a photograph and an explanation of why it matters. You can see a real example on our sample report page.
